Genna-Leigh Ivey

Genna-Leigh Ivey is an actress based out of Knoxville, Tn. Since graduating with her BFA in Musical Theatre she has been performing professionally at Dollywood and Anakeesta. During her time at Dollywood she was able to be featured in the Opening Day Parade with Dolly Parton as Flit the Butterfly, originate the Role of Scooter the Elf in Santa's List, and perform as the female swing for Great Pumpkin Luminights. She took a brief hiatus during her two year term at Dollywood to originate the role of Poppy in the Pixie Belles Musical Revue at Anakeesta where she sang for guests and bears alike. While in college, she performed in several theatrical productions including, Into the Woods, The Glass Menagerie, Bus Stop, and Curious Savage among others. These performances earned her multiple Irene Ryan Nominations through the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival. She graduated in May of 2020 with highest honors and as a member of the Alpha Psi Omega Theatre Honors Society and Pi Kappa Lambda Music Honors Society. She would like to thank all who have encouraged her in her theatrical pursuits.
